Luge is a gravity-powered ride where you sit in a wheeled cart and race down a specially designed track. You control your speed using simple handlebars - pull back to brake, release to go faster. It's fun for all ages and skill levels!

What are the opening hours?
We are open daily from 09:00 AM to 09:00 PM. Last admission is at 08:30 PM. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time.
Where are you located?
We are located in Phuket, Thailand, at the same location as Hanuman World and Three Monkeys Restaurant. Hotel pickup is available only with zipline packages. For luge experiences, guests can make their own way to the venue or arrange private transfer separately.
Booking & Reservations
How do I book a luge experience?
You can book directly through our website by selecting your preferred package, date, and time. Simply click the "Reserve Now" button, fill in your details, and complete the payment. You will receive a confirmation email immediately after booking.
Can I modify or cancel my booking?
Bookings can be modified or cancelled up to 24 hours before your scheduled activity. Please contact our customer service team for assistance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the activity are non-refundable.
Do I need to print my booking confirmation?
No, you can show your booking confirmation on your mobile device. Just present your booking reference number or the QR code from your confirmation email.
Is hotel pickup included?
We do not provide complimentary or shared transfers. However, private round-trip transfer is available for 2,500 THB per van (up to 10 passengers) within Phuket. Please book at least 4 hours in advance.
Safety & Requirements
What are the height and age requirements?
Riders must be at least 120cm tall to ride alone. Children under 120cm can ride with an adult in a tandem cart. Minimum age is 4 years old (children aged 4-9 must be accompanied by an adult).
Is the luge safe for beginners?
Absolutely! The luge is designed for all skill levels. Our staff provides a safety briefing and instructions before your ride. The luge has simple controls - pull back to brake, release to go.
What safety equipment is provided?
We provide helmets for all riders. The luge carts are designed with safety features including easy-to-use braking systems. All equipment meets international safety standards.
Can pregnant women participate?
Unfortunately, pregnant women cannot participate in luge activities for safety reasons. However, they can enjoy our viewing areas and restaurant.
The Experience
How long does the activity take?
The activity duration depends on your selected package. Including briefing and preparation, each round takes approximately 10 minutes. Riding time is about 2 minutes (Track 1) and 5 minutes (Track 2), depending on your speed and conditions. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothing that allows freedom of movement. Closed-toe shoes are required (sneakers or sports shoes recommended). Avoid loose jewelry, scarves, or anything that could get caught.
Can I bring my camera or phone?
For safety reasons, we recommend securing phones and cameras in your pocket or leaving them in the lockers provided. We also offer professional photo packages.
Is there food available at the park?
Yes! Food is available at the park. There are several restaurants on-site, including Three Monkeys, Baboon Phuket, and Wanon Restaurant, where you can purchase a variety of food and beverages. Some packages, such as Luge 2 Rides + World A+, include a complimentary buffet meal at Wanon Restaurant.

Yes, we offer special rates for groups of 10 or more. Please contact us directly for group pricing and availability.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) via our secure Stripe payment gateway. You can also pay using Apple Pay and Google Pay, depending on your device. All payments are processed in Thai Baht (THB).
Do you offer refunds for bad weather?
Yes, if we cancel due to severe weather conditions, you will receive a full refund or can reschedule to another date. Light rain does not typically affect operations.
