FAQ OF HANUMAN LUGE PHUKET

1. Who can ride the Luge?

– Luge:  

  • Children must be at least 4- 10 years old and can ride the Luge as doubling with their parents.
  • Children over the age of 10 can ride the luge alone.
2. How fast can Luge go? Am I able to control the speed?

– Yes, you can have full control of the direction and speed with our unique braking and steering system. There are signs along the tracks to help guide you on the tracks.

3. Is there a weight limit for the Luge?

– The weight limit is 120kg anything over 120kg will not be allowed to ride luge due to safety restrictions.

4. How long does it take to ride the Luge?

– To complete 1 Luge ride will take about 2-3 minutes to complete. The more rides the longer the excitement on the track.

5. Is there a dress code for Luge?

– For luge there is no specific dress code, but it’s best to wear comfortable clothing and toe-covered shoes. 

6. What are you operating hours?

– We are operating seven days a week. 

-Luge is open from 9:00am – 6:00pm

7. what happens when there is severe weather?

– Operations will temporarily stop in the event of thunder and lightning. Our Luge will operate as normal in a slight drizzle and will only stop if heavy rain impacts your safety.  

8. Can I purchase Luge Photos?

– Yes, you can purchase photos onsite at our photobooth location. (electronic photos, no printed photos) 

_You can also purchase Luge videos of your adventure at our photobooth location after you finish your adventure.

9. Can I buy tickets on the spot for Luge?

–  Yes, you can buy tickets on arrival to the adventure park.
