FAQ OF HANUMAN LUGE PHUKET

1. Who can ride the Luge?

– Luge:  

  • Children must be at least 10+ years old and can ride the Luge alone.
  • Children under the age of 10 will ride the luge with a parent. On our doubling booking.
2. How fast can Luge go? Am I able to control the speed?

– Yes, this is a gravity-powered karting experience. (no motors) you have full control of the direction and speed. With our unique braking and steering system, it is easy to manage. We have signs along the tracks to help guide you on the tracks.

3. Is there a weight limit for the Luge?

– The weight limit is 120kg anything over 120kg will not be allowed to ride luge due to safety restrictions.

4. How long does it take to ride the Luge?

-One Luge ride will take about 2-3 minutes to complete. The more rides the longer the excitement on the track.

5. Is there a dress code for Luge?

– For luge there is no specific dress code, but it’s best to wear comfortable clothing and toe-covered shoes. 

6. What are you operating hours?

– We are operating seven days a week. 

-The Luge is open from 9:00 am – 6:00 pm

7. what happens when there is severe weather?

– Operations will temporarily stop in the event of thunder and lightning. Our Luge will operate as normal in a slight drizzle and will only stop if heavy rain impacts your safety.  

8. Can I purchase Luge Photos/Videos?

– Yes, you can purchase photos/videos at our onsite photobooth location, inside of Hanuman World. (electronic photos/videos, no printed photos) 

9. Can I buy tickets on the spot for Luge?

–  Yes, you can buy tickets on arrival to the adventure park.
